I feel the most disgusting that I have ever felt...
Well, maybe not my entire life but definitely in recent years. Not being able to do any real exercise is killing me. I am pretty sure that ALL of the progress I have made over the last 2 months or so, is just fucked. With my metabolism being what it is like, due to stupid genetics, not being able to exercise is the equivalent for me of eating McDonalds every damn day. Fuck.

We are lucky to be born into westernised countries where poverty, although exists, is not quite as serious or harmful to health as it is in a lot of countries. Just got back from seeing A Dangerous Method, don’t waste your money. It has minimal plot, it’s incredibly slow, and Keira Knightley is gag worthy.
On the contrary, it’s a great film. Go and see it.
